Throughout my life, my personal and professional journey has been a tapestry of diverse roles: I’ve been a mother, a wife, a consultant, a corporate worker, a retail assistant, and a spiritual practitioner. Each of these experiences has contributed to my mission of supporting others in their personal growth with the skills I have developed.
My Story
If there is one thing I have learnt in this life of mine, it is that if you have the opportunity to do something you have dreamed of experiencing, then you must do it! There is no time like the present.
People live their lives putting off things they would love to do and all too often they look back and regret not having done those things.

My fascination with alternative spiritual practices and healing began in my youth, though it wasn’t always encouraged or accepted during those early years. Despite these challenges, my passion for spiritual growth persisted. Over the past 15 years, I’ve devoted myself to this path, finding profound joy and purpose in practicing what I love.
The services I provide are my favourite things to offer, however my expertise extends beyond these core offerings, drawing on a wealth of knowledge accumulated through years of study and experience. My diverse background enriches my ability to assist you on your path to self-discovery, transformation or to support maintaining harmony in your life.

Reiki is one of the ancient arts of healing with energy. This loving gentle treatment is non-invasive, very relaxing and supports the body to assist healing and recalibrating amongst some of the many benefits you can receive from this beautiful treatment.

One of my personal favourites... This Chakra Balance Massage is the perfect massage for anyone wanting or needing to rebalance the body, mind and soul.
